DIN 24° DKO Light Hose Fittings

DKO Light is the light-series metric 24-degree fitting family shown in our two-piece braided-hose fitting catalogue. Do not identify it by thread diameter alone: check the mating 24-degree seat, tube outside diameter, hose size and fitting gender before replacing a hose assembly.

The catalog gives dimensions and thread sizes by individual part number. A 10411 light-series example uses M14x1.5 thread with DN 6 (-04) hose, but this is not a universal DKO Light dimension. Confirm the exact row before ordering.

Field selection

In plant maintenance, a light- and heavy-series fitting may look similar but use a different tube-end geometry. Measure the old fitting, photograph its sealing face and send the machine port details. For a hose assembly also confirm the matching stem, ferrule and crimp data. Do not mix components based only on a thread that appears to engage.
