Deskripsi

SAE 100 R7 / R8 Thermoplastic Hydraulic Hose technical overview
SAE 100 R7 / R8 thermoplastic hydraulic hose for compact tools, forklifts and resin compatible hydraulic service.
Catalog-based construction and application
| Tube | Thermoplastic core. |
|---|---|
| Reinforcement | Synthetic fiber reinforcement; R8 selected for higher pressure demand. |
| Cover | Polyurethane or thermoplastic cover with good abrasion resistance. |
| Working pressure | Catalog selection range follows thermoplastic hydraulic hose table by size. |
| Temperature | Thermoplastic hydraulic hose grade selected by media and equipment temperature. |
| Standard / reference | SAE 100 R7 / R8 reference under SAE J517. |
| Aplikasi | Hydraulic tools, forklifts, compact equipment and electrically insulated routing where specified. |
| Fitting compatibility | Thermoplastic hose fittings and ferrules matched to R7/R8 hose construction. |
Size and pressure reference
The table below follows the dimensional pattern shown in the Indo Hydraulics hose catalog. Final hose assembly selection should confirm fluid, impulse load, route radius and crimp fitting series.
| I.D. inch | I.D. mm | O.D. mm | W.P. MPa / psi | Bend radius mm | Weight kg/m |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 3/16" | 5 | 11.7 | 25 / 3630 | 100 | 0.22 |
| 1/4" | 6.3 | 13.3 | 22.5 / 3260 | 100 | 0.28 |
| 5/16" | 8 | 15.0 | 21 / 3045 | 115 | 0.34 |
| 3/8" | 10 | 17.0 | 18 / 2610 | 130 | 0.42 |
| 1/2" | 12.5 | 21.0 | 16 / 2320 | 180 | 0.55 |
| 5/8" | 16 | 24.7 | 13 / 1885 | 205 | 0.70 |
| 3/4" | 19 | 29.0 | 10.5 / 1520 | 240 | 0.86 |
| 1" | 25 | 37.0 | 8.8 / 1275 | 300 | 1.20 |
Selection notes for buyers
- Use for mobile machinery, palm oil equipment, compact routing and maintenance replacement.
- Confirm bend radius around cylinders, pumps, valve blocks and moving arms before assembly.
- Match ferrule and insert series to hose construction to reduce leakage and pull-off risk.
FAQ
Can this hose be supplied as a crimped hose assembly?
Yes. Indo Hydraulics can match hose, ferrule and fitting type for replacement or project supply, including BSP, JIC, ORFS, NPT and DIN metric connection patterns.
Which size should be stocked for maintenance?
Fast-moving maintenance sizes usually depend on the equipment population. For mobile hydraulic lines, 1/4 inch to 1 inch sizes are common; for industrial transfer hose, 1/2 inch to 4 inch sizes are often requested.
How should pressure be confirmed?
Choose by working pressure, burst margin, bend radius, temperature and fluid compatibility. Do not select by hose size alone.
