高压缠绕胶管总成需要按具体胶管系列匹配接头、套筒、模具和扣压参数；同规格编织胶管的接头不可直接替代。图册分别列出 1T、4S、6S 端头系列，并提供 DIN 24° DKO 轻系列和重系列连接形式。选择时应同时核对胶管结构和设备端口。

扣压处渗漏或接头移位胶管/套筒系列、插入深度或扣压直径错误隔离故障总成，按获批芯杆、套筒、模具和扣压数据重制。
弯头附近过早损坏胶管扭转、布管过短、振动或弯曲过紧先修正走向与角度，再确定新总成长度。

常见问题

4S 与 6S 接头能直接互换吗？

不能仅凭公称 DN 判断。应核对胶管系列、接头芯杆、套筒、模具及厂商获批扣压数据。

仅凭尺寸表能确定工作压力吗？

不能。尺寸表用于识别接头形状；工作压力与脉冲能力必须核实整套总成。
